In-Program Development: Christion continues to fluctuate as to concern with his social skills in the After School Program. It is still a daily goal by (workers and students) to make each day better and more on track.

In-Class Development: Christion is shown some decline in math. Cooperation in class is a daily goal.

Areas to be Developed: Strengthen math skills - more focused attention on school work

Suggested Strategies: Teacher makes contact with parents on a regular basis. Workers in the After School Program make contact on a daily basis with his parents concerning his work.

Teacher Liaison Comments: Christion continiues to struggle with control of his social skills. His reluctance to work on assignments is reported to his parents when they pick him up. Usually his parents requests that he take the assignment home with him to complete.

Teacher Comments: Christion is continuing to find a challenge in monitoring his attentiveness in class.
